The stylish deluxe apartment with 1 bedroom on the first floor accommodates up to three people.

In addition to a cozy double bedroom, it features a fully equipped kitchen-living area with a pull-out couch (140 cm x 200 cm) providing additional sleeping space, as well as a coffee machine for the perfect start to the day.

In the cozy living area, a PS5 is also available. From the inviting south-facing balcony, you can enjoy the sun. A bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet add extra comfort.

A Smooth Check-in for Your Vacation Comfort
To ensure a quick and uncomplicated check-in upon your arrival, we will send you a pre-check-in form in advance of your arrival. Please make the required information accessible to us beforehand. This also enables us to provide you with the Free Mountain Card upon your arrival in the summer.

Our Current Cancellation Policy
Since life can sometimes throw a wrench in the works, we ask you to take note of our cancellation policies:

• Up to 30 days before arrival: For cancellations made up to 30 days before the booked arrival date, we charge a processing fee of 40 euros.
• From 29 days before arrival: For cancellations made within the last 29 days before the booked arrival, the full rental price is payable.

We therefore recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance so that you can look forward to your vacation with us completely worry-free.

Bus Connections
Gerlos is well connected to the public bus network. Regular bus services take you to nearby towns and surrounding ski areas. The bus stops are centrally located, making it easy to reach the main destinations.

Ski Bus
In winter, there is a special ski bus that takes you directly to the slopes. This is a convenient way to quickly and easily access the ski areas without having to use your car.

Train Connections
The nearest train stations are located in the surrounding villages, such as Zell am Ziller or Mayrhofen. From there, you can take a bus to Gerlos. This combination allows for a stress-free journey.
Public transport in Gerlos is a practical and environmentally friendly option for exploring the beautiful surroundings.
